About the service
Dine Out Booking is an operational platform for coordinating dinner-inclusive hotel stays with partner restaurants. The platform supports hotel guest booking links, restaurant reservation decisions, guest notifications, partner setup, invoice records, and Platform Admin oversight.
Accounts and authorized use
Staff accounts are intended for authorized Platform Admin, hotel, and restaurant users only. Users must keep login details secure, use the correct account for their organization, and avoid sharing access with unauthorized people.
Partner applications and onboarding
Public hotel and restaurant forms are initial applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, activation, listing, bookings, revenue, or participation in the platform. Approved partners may need to complete setup information before their organization is activated.
Guest booking links and reservations
Guest booking links are private operational links created by hotels for specific stays. Guests can use them to choose available partner restaurants and request reservation times. A reservation request is not final until the restaurant confirms it in the platform.
Restaurants remain responsible for reviewing requests and confirming or declining based on their own availability and operational constraints. Hotels remain responsible for the hotel stay and the information they enter for guests.
Invoices and billing records
The platform can create monthly invoice records based on served meals recorded in the system. Commercial terms, payment obligations, tax treatment, invoice requirements, and legal billing responsibilities are handled separately by the relevant business owners and advisers.
Acceptable use
Users should not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, upload or enter unlawful content, or use guest or partner information outside the intended reservation, billing, support, and operational workflows.
Service availability and changes
Dine Out Booking may change, improve, pause, or restrict parts of the service as needed for operations, maintenance, security, or business reasons. The service is designed for operational coordination and should not be treated as a guarantee of restaurant availability, specific dining outcomes, or uninterrupted service.
